Organic 100% grass-fed Filet Mignon, 120-150g

Our organic filet mignon from 100% grass-fed beef by Les Fermes Valens, comes from the fine tip of the tenderloin, located along the spinal column. This rare, tender cut benefits from a herbicide- and pesticide-free diet, guaranteed by our organic certification. In summer, our cattle graze freely, while in winter they feed on organic hay. Tenderloin is exceptionally tender, with little movement. To fully appreciate its softness, opt for rare to medium-rare cooking, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning it halfway through cooking. Be sure to take the meat out of the fridge early for even cooking.
