Terra Bella – Return & Refund Policy

At Terra Bella, we care deeply about bringing you the freshest organic groceries across Montreal. Because we work with perishable products, our policy is designed to protect food safety while making sure you’re satisfied with every delivery.


Fresh Produce & Perishables

  • We gurantee the quality and freshness of all our products. If you have any issue we will replace or refund you within two days.

  • If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@terrabellamtl.ca with photos and your order details. We will review and, if approved, provide a replacement, credit, or refund.


Non-Perishable Items

  • Pantry goods, packaged items, or household products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Please contact us at info@terrabellamtl.ca before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify us immediately of any problems. We’ll work quickly to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (fresh produce, prepared/refrigerated foods)

  • Opened or partially consumed items

  • Gift cards and items marked as final sale


Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 2 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take a few extra days to process it.
