At Terra Bella, we’re committed to delivering fresh, organic groceries right to your doorstep with care and efficiency.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Montréal and nearby regions. If you are outside our service zone, please contact us at info@terrabellamtl.ca to confirm if delivery is possible.

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made 7 days a week.

• Orders placed before [cut-off time – e.g., 5 PM] are delivered the next day.

• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is on the way.

Delivery Fees

• $7 delivery fee for orders over $40.

• $5 delivery fee for orders over $75.

• FREE delivery on all orders $200+.

• Minimum order value: $40.

Freshness Guarantee

We take special care in packing and handling your order. If you receive a product that is damaged or not up to our freshness standards, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery at info@terrabellamtl.ca and we’ll make it right.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order will be left at your doorstep or with your building concierge (if applicable). Terra Bella is not responsible for items once they are delivered.
